Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great! I ordered my Vita online and received one that is flawless, in mint condition. There is not even a single scratch on it. It looks, plays, and feels brand new. Before ordering online I went to two other GameStop stores and the units that they had in stock were super beat up. I got a great deal on this system and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. :)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worn and Gross I purchased this as a Christmas gift. However, after reading a review by SilentJack, I saw that it was necessary to charge the unit before use. Today I opened the pre-owned package for the first time and found the charging cord was frayed with exposed wires. So I immediately pulled out the system to check it, but the dead skin cells caught in the underside of the console design edges and smeared fingerprints all over the main display screen caused me to repack the item for return. So I can not in good faith say how well the unit performed or functioned as I never turned it on (there was no N/A selection feedback option). However, for the money I paid, they could have at least cleaned the unit. I feel too embarrassed to give this as a gift.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great system, Gamestop bargain Recently played Sword art online: hollowed fragment. Ran smoothly and no bugs! I trust the pre-owned systems and I bought it for GameStop's trademark deal. Only problem is that Sony made the vita so you are required to use the touchscreen on the home menu.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best handheld system I bought this thing when it was first released and I hated it because it didn't have much support at the time. I bought it about a year later and couldn't be happier. The ability to play psp, ps one and vita games is great, every week sony will release their week long deals and a lot of the old stuff is fairly cheap. It also is not region locked so you are able to play foreign games on it as well. It also has streaming with the ps4 and you can use the vita as another controller (although the controller set up is weird, compared to the ps4). I bought this thing at least 4 times, not because it broke, but because I wanted to give it as a gift to friends/ family. There are cons to this device, if you get the original vita, it contains an OLED screen so it uses more power, which means less battery life. The slim version uses an LED screen so the resolution isn't as great as the original, but the battery life will last longer. The original vita battery life will last about 6-8 hours of continuous play, while the slim will last 10 hours of continuous play. Also another con is that Sony made SD cards specifically for the vita and a normal micro SD card doesn't work. Overall it is a fun handheld system that kills time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Worthy Successor to the PSP I have owned every single one of Nintendo's handhelds, as well as both Sony's PSP and Vita. I honestly will say this one is the best. The console fits in my hands and isn't giving me arthritis like my 3ds is. I really like the fact I can play PSone games on it, as well as all of the Vita games. Streaming PS3 games via PSNow is still expensive, but with the subscription it is not too bad. The only downside with the Vita is that the screen is large and needs to be protected against scratches with a carrying case. While the game library (excluding the PSP, PSone, PS2, PS3, and PS4 games you can play on it) is kind of small compared to the 3ds, there are still many great games from all of the different genres. I own dozens of Vita titles, and my Vita library is larger than my 3ds library even though they both have great games. I just enjoy playing on this console more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Vita I bought this one in store at gamestop and it is perfect like brand-new product, except that you need to charge it for 10mins before use for first time, after that all good. And i got no problem with this. Recommend this for who wanna cheap PS Vita :)
