Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice When I saw it in the store the first thing that came to mind "Perfection, must have" so I bought it and couldn't wait to get home and try it out. I played some COD Bo3 and was disappointed, it's to slick and sort of slips in your hands. If you have greasy hands it shows a streak on it. It shows every little streak and line. It works very well but I'm a neat freak when it comes to my xbox soo. I recommend it if you're looking for a good working controller, but other than that nah.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good look, bad Microsoft design The controller worked great for a month... until the left bumper button fell off. No hard use, and yet the bumper simply fell off yesterday. Now I have to buy a new Microsoft controller (going with the Bronze). They all look different but function the same; the base controller is the same standard overpriced Microsoft controller. Good thing I have a good job, or I would be pretty upset at the quality of all these.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is a piece of garbage I dropped the controller on the floor and the left button broke and is stuck out of place and I can't fix it. This controller is made very poorly and it is not worth $65. I now have to buy another controller. Microsoft needs to make the stupid controller more durable or at least make it where it won't break when it is dropped.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid controller. No problems with this one. It is very well made. I like the design on it. A very solidly built controller as are all xbox one controllers. I do not see why anyone would not like it unless they hate the design. I do not think it is quite worth the money but otherwise it is excellent.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The controller is nice but durability is lacking. I have only owned my controller for a few months now and the d-pad and the Xbox guide button is starting to go out. The guide button requires 2 or 3 press before it will work and sometimes doesn't work. The dpad requires a lot of strength to move over one space when texting.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The new d-pad is awful, BEWARE I've been using the original XBO controller for a while, and decided to 'upgrade' to the special forces model, because it has a 3.5mm jack for my headphones. I primarily play games that use the d-pad for movement, like Killer Instinct and other 2D-movement games. The new d-pad is extremely bad for these types of games, it's pretty much designed as a FPS weapon selector, which is strange, because the original model was great. The other changes are too minute to be noticed. The high level of resistance on the d-pad, especially for pressing 'down' makes my thumb hurt after 5 minutes. Very strange move from Microsoft. Get the previous model instead.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Controller I really like this controller. I have been using it for about a week now and I love how I can play video games without disturbing my wife. Also this controller works very well when watching Netflix or Hulu, because as long as you have a headset in the controller wont turn off. In addition all the sound still comes thru the tv. I would highly recommend these to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing!! the improvements over the xbox 360 and standard xbox one controllers make a huge difference. This is the best controller I have ever used in my entire 25 years of gaming.
