Either prove your worthiness by providing solid proof of the Loch Ness monster or visit a participating GameStop store. Your choice.
It's way faster. But if you must leave your card at home, you can give your phone number or email address to an associate and they'll look up your info. Just be ready to show a second form of ID. And no, you can't bring in your girlfriend or boyfriend to vouch for you.
While we expect you might misplace your card from time to time, you can always have a store associate look up your membership using your email address or phone number.
However, if you're really attached to that beautiful piece of plastic – you'll need to contact Customer Care to request a one-time issue of a replacement card – We'll cover the first one for Free, but any additional replacement cards requested we will deduct 500 PowerUp Rewards Points from your account. Points must be available in order for a replacement card to be requested.
Nope. One card per member.
PowerUp Rewards is available at all U.S., Puerto Rico, and Guam GameStop locations, and points can be scored for purchases in store and on GameStop.com.
Easy. Once you pick up your membership card in the store, go to PowerUpRewards.com and follow the steps to set up your account. You better do it right away, because you must be set up or you won't be able to redeem points for rewards or access your great offers.
No. No. A thousand times no! You must set up your online account at PowerUpRewards.com before you can redeem points for rewards.
What, are you nuts? We can't imagine why you'd want to cancel a membership that gives you all this stuff. But you can at any time by notifying Customer Care.
No. And be careful. Once you cancel an account, all your scored points are forfeited. Although, you can sign up again and receive a different membership number.
Fear not. We don't sell email addresses. We need a valid email address to be able to look up your information in the store and to deliver PowerUp Rewards news, exclusive offers, invitations and more.
Yes! You can change your email preferences at any time under the Communications tab in your account.
That's OK. Just ask a GameStop store associate to look you up by phone number and zip. You can also find it on your receipt given at time of enrollment.
We thought you'd never ask! You can purchase a PowerUp Rewards Pro membership, or upgrade from the Basic PowerUp Rewards program, at any participating GameStop store. Just fork over $14.99 (a small price to pay for all the stuff you get) OR you can upgrade to Pro by redeeming 15,000 points in the PowerUp Rewards Catalog and you're in! Find your local GameStop store here.
PowerUp Rewards Pro members get more good stuff. All the benefits of the Basic program, but with bigger bonuses and other great stuff:
You're extra special. As a current Edge member, just bring in your current Edge card to a participating GameStop store and trade in for a PowerUp Rewards Pro membership card. Trade-in credit from one Edge card can be transferred to your new PowerUp Rewards Pro card, and benefits will extend. Easy, huh?
Absolutely nada. Your Game Informer subscription will not be affected. The expiration date on your PowerUp Rewards Pro membership will be the same as your current Edge membership.
You'll get a full refund within 7 days of purchasing your membership by returning your card to any participating GameStop store. Also, any bonus points earned for the purchase of the GameStop PowerUp Rewards Pro membership will be forfeited at that time.
Affirmative. Upon returning your PowerUp Rewards Pro membership card to a participating GameStop store, your membership will be cancelled. And you won't be getting all the bonuses anymore.

Nope, there's no minimum required. But if your total purchase adds up to less than the value of your rewards certificate, you won't get change or store credit for the difference. In other words, it pays to get something REALLY good.
GameStop is not responsible for any reward certificates that have been lost or stolen, and expired certificates will not be re-instated nor can you get those lost points back from lost, stolen or expired reward certificates. So treat them just like real money.
We process orders quickly so you can start enjoying your reward right away. To cancel an order, contact Customer Care. If your reward order has not been processed, we can cancel the order, no problem. After the order has been processed, we will not be able to cancel it.
